Ray-Ban New Releases: Never Hide What You're Made Of
For its 75th anniversary, Ray-Ban prepared brilliantly: launching a large-scale advertising campaign with the bold slogan NEVER HIDE. This concise call to an active lifestyle became the brand's motto, clearly and simply describing its ideology.
Today, Ray-Ban has taken it even further, deciding to immortalize the latest brand innovations in an ad campaign called NEVER HIDE WHAT YOU’RE MADE OF.
Let’s take a look at what the modern leaders of the sunglasses industry are made of!
1. Struck in flash
The Aviator, Wayfarer, and Cats-5000 models are now equipped with flash lenses featuring a "shimmering mirror" technology. In the sun, depending on the angle of the light, they shine with several colors: blue and green, yellow and orange, green and yellow-orange.
2. Strong as titanium
Using titanium makes the glasses frame light and yet incredibly strong. Visually, titanium frames are distinguished by their matte silver color, reminiscent of high-tech style. Today, this material has already been applied to models such as Aviator, Caravan, Cockpit, and LightRay.
3. Tough as leather
The new version of Bob Dylan's favorite model, the legendary Wayfarer, is fully covered in calfskin leather in black or brown and features polarized lenses.
4. Smooth as velvet
Two models, the cat-eye Erica and the rectangular Chris, have appeared in a completely new material — colored velvety fabric in black, blue, green, red, and yellow. In addition, the glasses come with mirrored lenses.
5. Resistant as aluminum
The Clubmaster also didn’t escape changes. They were released in aluminum, which is corrosion-resistant, biocompatible, and hypoallergenic. Plus, it’s incredibly lightweight: twice as light as titanium and three times lighter than steel.
The new model has a new temple design with protein “covers.” The glasses are available in four color variations: bronze frames with brown or gray lenses, black with green lenses, and, of course, silver with gray lenses.
6. Blends in like camo
The designers added camouflage to the Wayfarer glasses, which perfectly integrates into the fabric temples. Matte red, blue, purple, tortoiseshell, and black — these colors from the new Urban Camouflage collection not only attract attention but also resist fingerprints and other frame smudges.
7. Cuts like steel
The Aviator frame has become even lighter and thinner. This effect is achieved by laser-cutting the steel.
8. Rugged as denim
Once again, the Wayfarer, being the favorite of changes, has received a new look. Now the "wanderer" frame is offered not only in leather but also in denim in five shades. The material is not prone to stains and is comfortable on the face.
These are the new Ray-Ban sunglasses. With them, you’ll have nowhere to hide — and why would you want to?
